The Promens 1952VG machine is an automatic tray sealing machine with optional equipment to give high performance and flexibility to the customer's requirements. Promens 195x is manufactured in 2 different models: model 1951 and model 1952; the 1951 with a single vacuum chamber and second one with a twin chamber for high and highest production out-put. Specially designed for industrial purposes where speed and high flexibility (rapid mould change) is needed. The machine is equipped with: stainless steel frame, control panel on pivot arm, programmable PLC with 15 programs, software programs available to connect different equipment and devices such as de-nester, dosing unit and special in-feed and out-feed conveyors, extended tray loading area according to customer requests and a vacuum pump available in the machine frame from 100 - 160 m_/h.
