The Promens 1752 is an automatic tray sealing machine with optional equipment to give high performance and flexibility to the customer's requirements. The 752VG has the twin chamber system for a high production out-put. The twin chambers can seal 2 to 6 trays in the die set. Specially designed for industrial purposes where speed and high flexibility (rapid mould change) is needed. The machine is equipped with: stainless steel frame, control panel on arm, programmable PLC with 15 programs to record, provided with software programs available to connect different equipment and devices such as de-nester, dosing unit and special in-feed and out-feed conveyors. It is possible to extend the tray loading area according to customer requests.
